What is love? Is it the manifestation of our mere biological desires, or is it something we want to sanctify and live with?
When we are in love, we become energized and euphoric, time flows by in a perfect way, and most of the things we perceive become illuminated with beauty and radiance. The wings of love, or the dopamine, can lift us towards high altitudes of orgasmic happiness. But the crash can sometimes be as severe as the intensity of the euphoric experience.
For this particular reason, some argue that it is not a good thing to be in love. Any relationship can come to major changes and to an end, transforming the feelings of love and happiness into feelings of terrible sadness, grief, depression, and sometimes even anger and hate.
So how can love become hate? How can kindness and tenderness transform into anger and aggression?
